Proof that outsourcing in any organization for any reason SUCKS. Unless they're shipping that name tape Express mail (they're not, it will take them 3 weeks to ship it and another 2 for it to get to you), there's no excuse for $7 S/H.
Yell at me, but that's why I go to the Hock.
Dont order small items from their Webpage, Call Vanguard and they will give You a more reasonable shiping charge..ask for Charles Bosworth
